The hard-bottom bag is a historic product of Deltasacs, based in Pont-Evêque, near Lyon (France).
It has evolved thanks to the research and development work carried out by Deltasacs teams.
Deltasacs now offers eco-friendly bags to all of its customers in order to help the environment. These bags provide a positive response to the changes in the laws expected in 2025.
Eco-friendly hard-bottom bag: the ecological choice
This flexible packaging suits a wide range of products. The card built into the bottom of the bag makes the product very stable.
Kraft hard bottom bag
- All kraft bag, recyclable in the paper stream chain: This bag is made of natural brown ribbed kraft with a specific greaseproof and heat-sealable varnish printed on the inside of the bag. This varnish allows the top of the bag to be heat-sealed. It also gives barriers to protect the paper from grease.
- Window kraft hard bottom bag: the bag is made from natural brown ribbed kraft and polypropylene film. The film offers the protection to the product and the kraft gives a natural image to the product. The window kraft hard bottom bag is available in 4 sizes. One special design launched for Xmas : "SAPIN" available in 2 sizes.
Compostable hard bottom bag
- Clear compostable hard bottom bag: This bag is made of Natureflex film (compostable material). It is certified ok industrial compost and ok home compost.
- Printed compostable hard bottom bag "Galaxy White": This bag is made of Natureflex film (compostable material). It is certified ok industrial compost and ok home compost. White stars printed to give a trendy touch.
clear hard bottom bag
This bag is made of polypropylene. 2 options for the card bases at the bottom: metallized (silver) or kraft.

- Compostable Natureflex : made of a compostable film. Available in four sizes (100 x 220 mm, 120 x 260 mm, 140 x 305 mm and 170 x 320 mm).
- Compostable Galaxy White : made of a compostable film, a very trendy model with small white stars. Available in one size: 100 x 220 mm.
