Prepress Focus: Complete Control of the Graphic Production Chain.

Deltasacs operates an in-house photogravure capability. The prepress and plate engraving unit is located in Saint-Jean-de-Muzols (Ardèche, France). This site centralizes all upstream production steps carried out prior to printing.

 

 

These operations include prepress file preparation (layout, assembly, and technical validation of artwork files) to generate calibrated, contract colour proofs that serve as the colour reference for final production. The unit also produces engraved plates for mounting on the flexographic press at Pont-Évêque.
